CAR BODY MECHANIC
Car body shop was the main activity of an independent craft shop founded by Cedomir Andjelković back in 1961. In order to provide a complete service and now in the service we provide car body services. Vehicle users have needs for bodywork.
- We do everything related to bodywork work starting from:
- Small accidents, replacement-straightening of doors, wings, hoods, repair of plastic bumpers.
- Severe accidents, removal of deformed body parts, bringing the body into measurements, and setting the vehicle to factory measurements.
- For older vehicles (old timers), we also do reparations such as: replacement of site, edges, pathos, fenders, chassis parts, etc.
We perform works with advanced tool technology such as: Spotter device for extracting sheet metal to the body, various vacuum cleaners for minor damage, for welding we use a point machine, a device with CO2 gas, a machine for welding colored sheets
Warstroj AC / DC Tig Pulse Arc IGBT 400A (due to vehicles that have aluminum parts) and classic gas welding-burner with open flame. For making parts that do not exist on the market, we have various machines and tools such as: apipong (machine for flat bending of sheet metal), round machine (for oval and circular parts of sheet metal) and sieve machine (for making special ovals on sheet metal). Various special hammers and levers for ironing sheet metal, and for accidents we have a so-called panther for pulling out stronger accidents.
